EVP and Projected Thought

EVP and Projected Thought

by Tara Bryant

Electronic Voice Phenomena, also known as Instrumental Transcommunication are electronically recorded apparent voices that were captured on audial recording media,  but which were not heard audibly at the time of recording.

Putting aside the argument for Rorschach voices (auditory pareidolia) and apophenia (audial matrixing) and accepting that a non-physical entity may in fact have the capability of communicating via electronically recorded messages, I propose the following:

if an ‘entity’ is just that, a non-physical form that has no mechanism for physical voice, yet we are given the capability to “hear” it in the form of an EVP, we must consider the following.  An entity “communicates” by using psychic energy or some medium we are not aware of to project a thought which can be translated into an electrical signal capable of being captured with an electronic recording device.  The entity uses some kind of intangible energy to imprint this signal on a mechanical device, which is then translated into a sound wave which we may then interpret as a vocal message.

So it is entirely possible, and highly PROBABLE, that if we consider a non-form entity has the ability to imprint its “thought” on our voice recorders, it is perfectly reasonable that our own thoughts are capable of being imprinted on those same recorders.  I am not suggesting that all EVP’s are simply a projection of our own subconscious thoughts, but that there is a possibility that the EVP we hear and interpret as spirit communication, could in fact, be an imprinted pre-suggestion of our own thought, answering our own question.

We are currently testing this theory and hope to make our findings public soon.  Please check back for updates, and in the meantime, test your own thought projection!
